Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Take incoming phone calls and walk-in traffic for payments, policy claims and other service-related tasks of the agency
- Distribute inquiries to producing team members for new business opportunities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Quote property and casualty insurance

Requirements:

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
